How to switch to us

If you are already using an agent but would like to switch to Positive Property Management, the process of switching agent is much easier than you may realise and requires you to undertake two simple steps: 

1. Give written notice to your current agent that you wish to end your current agreement.  Check the agreement to determine how much notice is required (often two months).  To keep the rent payments simple, specify the end date for the current agreement as the day before the rent is due.  
2. I will provide a Positive Property Management agreement for your signature. This agreement will start on the day after your previous agreement ended.  Return your signed agreement to me along with the names of your tenants. 

You can then leave the rest to me.  I will contact your tenants and introduce myself.  I will organise for a new tenancy agreement and for the rental payments to be sent to the right place. I will also undertake a first visit to the property to meet the tenants and ensure all is well.
